SpamButcher Announces 'Spam Cats' Photo Contest
Seattle, WA (PRWEB) August 19, 2007 -- Anti-spam application provider SpamButcher is asking the question, "If cats could send spam, what would it look like?"
"Specifically, we want people to send us photos of their cats acting as if they were being featured in, or actually sending spam or other unwanted e-mail," says SpamButcher CEO Rich Olson.
Contest details and example "spam cats" can be found at http://www.spambutcher.com/spamcats/
The contest is a play on the ever-popular "lolcat" phenomena where users add funny captions to pictures of their feline companions.
The contest runs until September 15. The next day, SpamButcher will judge which cats are the funniest. Select user submissions will be posted to the site throughout the contest.
The funniest cat picture gets $100, second place is $50 and third wins $25.
